These renowned researchers have demonstrated and carried out convincing studies to show how antioxidant supplementation could protect and maintain our health, while at the same time prevent or delay the development of disease. More recently, antioxidants have been clearly linked to slowing the aging process. Could these esteemed researchers be wrong? Could the naysayers be right? No! No! Through my review of the literature I am simply baffled as to why the mainstream medical community has not taken a stronger position on endorsing the need for antioxidant supplementation.
